Compared to 2008 last quarter , the number of property purchase increased at 25% in the last quarter of 2009 declared by government. No doubt that the numbers will go higher level in 2010 expected to be '' the year of buying property in Turkey ''
The reason is obvious that the discounted prices, campaings and tough competition between construction companies.
